Sister Elise: I was in the
U.S. Navy for three years before being called to the religious life. Sister
Mary Christabel was in the Canadian Navy. We both feel like we are grandmothers.
We have nurtured more children over the last fifty years than if we had
been married. Sister Mary Christabel: To be authentic and real, that is what is most important. Our sense of community and prayer has continually opened me to deeper levels of understanding and love. |
